Hi there! I'm working on the sequel to Leaning and I'm stuck. I have a couple of characters who use some great language in this one. They mix in sayings you used to hear your parents, grandmother or grandfather say. For example, my father always said, "You're cruisin' for a bruisin' and lookin' for a corner to land in!" or my co-worker says, "It's colder than a well digger's butt!" My problem is that I need more! Please take just a few minutes and post your funny, favorite family sayings--they might just end up in my next novel! Thanks for you help!
